Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity Coming to Switch in September

Publisher Phoenixx announced that Ankake Spa’s action RPG Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity is coming to Nintendo Switch. The game will be released internationally on the console on September 4, 2025.

A doujin spin-off to the Touhou bullet hell franchise, Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity was originally released for PlayStation 4 in 2016, with a PC version following in 2018. The game follows Remilia Scarlet, the vampire mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and her maid, Sakuya Izayoi. After attempting to overcome their boredom by venturing out on a search for a powerful yokai said to be nearby, Remilia learns of an incident at the manor. The game lets players control Remilia or Sakuya as they hunt down the creature responsible.
