Noctuary Coming to Consoles in July

Publisher Serenity Forge and developer Gratesca Studio announced a console release for Noctuary. The game, which blends visual novel and action RPG gameplay and released for PC in 2023, will release for PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on July 30, 2025. The console release will include six additional stories to uncover, three new playable characters, full Japanese voice acting, and additional quality-of-life features. These additions will also be available on PC as a free update.

Noctuary is set in the fairy tale-like world of Inlixaland, which is beset by monsters called Darkritters. It follows the duo Fancia Dream and Alina Nightsong, who seek to become guardians known as Arborangers and come across a mysterious girl who falls from the sky. The game features action combat, with players able to switch between characters who have their own skills and fighting styles. In addition to its main story, Noctuary features numerous side routes and quests. By befriending other inhabitants of Inlixaland, players can obtain Blessing Petals that let them customise and upgrade their character builds.
