Undivine Releasing This Week

Deadpix Studios and Wendeoo announced that pixel-graphic Metroidvania Undivine will release this week. The game will launch for PC and Nintendo Switch on May 8, 2025, with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions following a day later on May 9, 2025. The game will be available for $9.99, with a 10% pre-order discount currently available on Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoles.

Undivine sees players controlling someone known only as the traveler, who arrives at a desolate village. The villagers are in fear of a giant hole that has opened up in the village’s centre, swallowing many of its residents, with those brave enough to venture inside not being seen again. Players venture inside, discovering an interconnected world filled with numerous secrets to uncover.

The game features freedom of exploration with its non-linear world, as well as various side quests. Combat is fast-paced and comes with three difficulty levels, with players able to utilise relics, swords, armor, and accessories to create their own character build and unlock various abilities. There is a talent system letting players increase their proficiency in skills such as alchemy, demonology, dexterity, cartography, and more.
