Vaultbreakers Second Playtest Announced

Developer BetaDwarf announced the second playtest for its action RPG Vaultbreakers. The playtest is set to run from April 9 to April 13, 2025. Those wishing to take part in the playtest can request a key from Twitch Drops or the game’s website. The second playtest will introduce activable items, updated maps, a new area, new quality-of-life improvements, and more.

Vaultbreakers sees players fighting solo or with allies as they embark on dynamic missions in a fantasy world. Players can choose from various Champions, unlocking and equipping perks and gear. During missions, player and NPC actions can impact the area, such as polluting a large section or unlocking a secret cave. The game also includes unpredictable shapeshifters called Changelings who can be controlled by the computer or players. Vaultbreakers is in development for PC and unspecified consoles, with no release date as of yet.
