Lost Soul Aside Launching in May

Sony and developer Ultizero Games announced that action RPG Lost Soul Aside will release on May 30, 2025. The game will be available for PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 5, with pre-orders starting on February 19, 2025. The announcement comes with a new trailer that debuted during yesterday’s State of Play showcase.

Lost Soul Aside was originally announced as a solo project by developer Yang Bing in 2016, though the team has since expanded, with the game receiving funding from Sony’s China Hero Project. The game follows Kaser, who is attempting to save his sister, and humankind, from dimensional invaders. He wields a shape-shifting weapon that adapts to the player’s combat style and is joined by a dragon-like companion called Arena who provides additional combat abilities.
