Just a Shadow Game Receives Demo

TripleBricksGames released a demo for its deckbuilding roguelite Just a Shadow Game. The demo is available now on Steam and comes ahead of the game’s planned release for PC and consoles later this year.

Just a Shadow Game is billed as a Dungeons & Dragons-style adventure where the Game Master is the devil known as Shadow. Players act as the player of the game, who is role-playing Warlock, a ruthless Overlord of Bestia. He is tasked with slaying three Eldritch entities and will be granted absolute power should he succeed. The game sees players creating rituals with which they undertake duels. With each defeat, players are able to unlock new cards, buildings, and abilities.
