My Time at Evershine Announced

Developer Pathea Games announced the latest title in its My Time life sim RPG series. Following on from My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock, new title My Time at Evershine features a new art direction as well as revamped gameplay mechanics and the addition of town management elements. It is in devlopment for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and future Nintendo platforms, with a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign set to begin on September 24, 2024.

My Time at Evershine sees players becoming the Governor of a brand-new settlement on the fringes of the Free Cities. Players recruit settlers and build infrastructure as they create a new Alliance stronghold facing the powerful Duvos Empire. The game’s new art style looks to introduce more realistic characters with motion-captured animations. Its campaign will include four-player online co-op as opposed to dedicated mode of the previous game, and will also include mod support. Meanwhile, character relationships will play a more important role, with players able to recruit up to three followers who can join them in daily tasks or be sent on missions across the frontier. There are also planned to be eight-to-ten romance characters.
