Cricket: Jae’s Really Peculiar Game Launching in August

Publisher PM Studios and developer Studio Kumiho announced that turn-based RPG Cricket: Jae’s Really Peculiar Game will release on August 15, 2024. The game, featuring a hand-drawn art style, will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

Cricket: Jae’s Really Peculiar Game follows titular protagonist Jae as he journeys with his friends to fix a past tragedy by finding the fabled land of Yimmelia on the moon, which is rumored to grant any wish. The game features a mixture of locations from forests and cities to rock concerts. Combat utilises timed hits and character combo attacks, with no random encounters. Players can also interact with the world, including dashing into NPCs, but such actions may have consequences.
