Infinity Knights: Xross Announced, Kickstarter Campaign Planned

Independent developer Timesea Studio announced its co-op RPG Infinity Knights: Xross. The title is inspired from classic JRPGs such as Dark Cloud and the Mana series. The game features pixel art and music composed by Hiroki Kikuta known for his work on Secret of Mana and Indivisible.

In Infinity Knights: Xross, the player assumes the role of the newest member of the Infinity Knights, which serve the king and wield The Armaments, weapons capable of reviving the slain enemies. Part of the gameplay is centered around the mastery of these weapons. There is a large roster of characters to choose from while allowing for play alongside two others for 3-player couch co-op. Besides hack-and-slash combat, players can work on expanding the kingdom through activities like mining, fishing, farming, crafting, and more.

Infinity Knights: Xross is in development for PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with December 2025 as release window. The developer plans to launch a Kickstarter campaign at an undetermined date.

Fascinated by the screens since I saw them, video games are a sorcery I quickly became obsessed with. This passion culminated with the discovery of the RPGs. At that time, they were likely the sole titles where story and world building mattered as much as gameplay. Now, I am writing about them, especially my favorite ones: the JRPGs!
