Zenless Zone Zero Confirmed for PS5

HoYoverse has revealed action RPG Zenless Zone Zero is currently in development for PlayStation 5 during the recent PlayStation State of Play livestream. The announcement came accompanied by a new trailer featuring the urban city of New Eridu, where characters known as agents are battling with their enemies in the Hollows. The game has previously been confirmed for PC, iOS, and Android with no release date as of yet.

Zenless Zone Zero takes place in New Eridu, the only remaining urban civilization to survive the catastrophe known as “Hollows.” The city flourishes by acquiring the technology to extract essential resources out of the Hollows. Players take on the role of dual protagonists, Belle and Wise, proxies who must work together with agents to explore and reveal all the secrets behind the Hollows. The gameplay mechanics are said to be suitable for both veterans and newcomers to action games with a focus on dodging, timing, and discovering combos.

I have been gaming since I received the Sega Master System as a young child, which was the first console I ever owned (Yes, I am that old). The game that got me into RPGs was Final Fantasy VIII, a game that I still adore to this day. My favorite RPG of all time, however, is Shadow Hearts on the PS2. I do have many other interests outside of gaming as well, such as watching old-school wrestling, Reading books, 80s movies.... or anything 80s related as a matter of fact.
