The Witch of Fern Island’s Full Release Date Announced

Developer Enjoy Studio and publisher Freedom Games announced the release date for version 1.0 of The Witch of Fern Island. The full version of the open-world RPG life simulator will be available on February 27, 2024, on PC via the Epic Games Store, GOG.com, and Steam.

The Witch of Fern Island has been in Early Access since May 1, 2023. The title sees the player assuming the role of a young witch named Abrill. The goal of the game is to become a certified witch by attending a prestigious academy located on Fern Island. It is up to the player to customize Abrill’s appearance and organize her schedule. This schedule can be filled with activities such as crafting, farming, exploring, attending social events, and more.

The release of The Witch of Fern Island is the result of a crowdfunding campaign held in 2022. Details about its Kickstarter campaign and what to expect from the game’s story and gameplay can be found here.
