Legend of Grimrock Heading to Switch

Developer Almost Human announced a Nintendo Switch release for its dungeon-crawling RPG Legend of Grimrock. The Switch version of the game will release on the Nintendo eShop on January 15, 2024, and include a new user interface designed to work with the console and its controls.

Legend of Grimrock originally released for PC in 2012, with versions later released for Mac, Linux, and iOS. It sees players controlling a group of prisoners sent to certain death through exile on Mount Grimrock. However, the mountain features a collection of anicent dungeons, tombs, and tunnels that they may be able to navigate to escape. The game features various puzzles as well as real-time combat and grid-based movement. A sequel, Legend of Grimrock 2, was released for PC in 2014 and Mac in 2015.
