Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust Gets Gameplay Trailer

Square Enix released a new trailer for action RPG Forspoken‘s In Tanta We Trust expansion. The video shows Frey’s new ally Tanta Cinta, plus some of the new powers Frey gains access to as she is transported 25 years into the past to the Purge of the Rheddig and the events that drove the Tantas to madness.

Forspoken sees New York City resident Frey Holland transported to the world of Athia, where she learns she has mystical abilities. Athia previously flourished under the reign of its matriarchs, called Tantas, before it became afflicted by the Break, which has driven the Tantas to madness. The game was developed by Luminous Productions, which has now been merged into Square Enix. In Tanta We Trust will release for PC and PlayStation 5 on May 26, 2023, though those who purchased the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition will get early access on May 23, 2023.
