The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story Announced

Riot Forge announced The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story. The game is a pixel-art action RPG spin-off to the League of Legends franchise and is being created by Moonlighter developer Digital Sun. It is planned to release on PC and consoles in spring 2023.

The Mageseeker is set in the powerful kingdom of Demacia, in the world of Runeterra. The kingdom aims to prevent the use of what it determines to be forbidden magic while using magic itself. Players control Sylas, a mage escapee on a quest for vengeance. The game joins two other League of Legends spin-offs planned for release this year: 2D action platformer Convergence: A League of Legends Story and adventure game Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story.
