The Last Spell Full Launch Window, Console Versions Announced
Publisher The Arcade Crew and developer Ishtar Games announced that The Last Spell, which has been on Steam Early Access since June 2021, will fully launch for PC in Q1 2023. The companies also announced that the game will release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, also in Q1 2023.
The Last Spell takes place in a world decimated by a monster-creating mist that plagues the land. The last remnants of humanity are backed into a corner, and players are tasked with defending the last of the mages as they prepare a spell that will banish all magic from the world. The game features a day-night cycle where players use the daytime to build defences, set traps, or train up replacements to lost forces before fending off a night assault of hundreds of enemy creatures.
