Astlibra Revision Heading to Switch, DLC Announced

Publisher WhisperGames and developer KEIZO announced that they are releasing Astlibra Revision on Nintendo Switch. The 2D action RPG, developed over fourteen years and released for PC in October 2022, will release on the console in 2023.

The companies also announced the game’s first DLC, The Cave of Phantom Mist, which will release for PC and Nintendo Switch in 2023. It follows the baker of Rispadar’s daughter on their own mini adventure, which advances alongside the events of the main campaign.

Astlibra Revision is described as an ode to classic hack-and-slash sidescrollers and follows the protagonist and his talking bird companion Karon as they travel through time to find a girl that the protagonist met during his childhood. It is split into multiple chapters, with players able to customise their character build and playstyle through upgradable skills and equipment, plus different weapon types.
