River City Girls 2 is a sequel to 2019’s River City Girls, a spin-off to the Kunio-kun brawler series. It will features six playable characters — with Misako, Kyoko, Kunio, and Riki joined by newcomers Marian and Provie — as well as two-player online co-op. River City Girls 2 will also add new items, weapons, moves, shops, and hazards, plus a day-night cycle, quest tracking, three difficulty settings, and dialogue that changes depending on the player-controlled characters. The game is planned to release digitally on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch later this year.
