Gamedec Receives Definitive Edition Update

Developer Anshar Studios has announced a Definitive Edition update for cyberpunk detective RPG Gamedec. The update, announced around the game’s one-year anniversary, will be available for free and will release for PC on September 29, 2022, with the Switch version to receive it at a later date. The Definitive Edition update adds additional content, including a new virtual world based on action RPG Seven: The Days Long Gone, a Cthulhu twist on an existing case, new characters, and a new True Detective Mode where players cannot change their decisions by loading a previous save.

Gamedec is based on the novels by Marcin Przybyłek and released for PC in 2021, with a Nintendo Switch version released in 2022. The game takes place in the 22nd century and sees players acting as a private detective tasked with solving crimes that occur in an assortment of virtual worlds.
