Citizen Sleeper FLUX DLC Launch Date Announced

Developer Jump Over the Age announced that the first of three planned pieces of free DLC for Citizen Sleeper will release on July 28, 2022. The “FLUX” DLC episode sees Erlin’s Eye receiving the first ship in a refugee flotilla. It introduces new characters including Eshe, the captain of the Climbing Briar whose fate becomes intertwined with the flotilla, and Peake, a member of Eshe’s crew. It marks the first part in a three-episode story arc, with the second part to release in October 2022, with the third to follow in early 2023.

Citizen Sleeper casts players as a digitised human consciousness in an artificial body, on the run from the corporation that owns them. They end up on Erlin’s Eye, a ruined space station on the edges of the interstellar capitalist society. In order to survive and remain out of the clutches of the corporation, players need to find work and build relationships with individuals and factions on the station. The game is currently available digitally for PC, Mac, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
