Demeo: PC Edition Available on Steam Early Access

Resolution Games has released Demeo: PC Edition on Steam Early Access. The PC Edition allows non-VR players to join in its tabletop-emulation experience, and includes cross-player multiplayer between the VR and non-VR players. Those who own the VR version will have access to the PC Edition, while those who purchase the PC Edition — priced at $29.99 — will also gain access to the VR version. The initial release includes three adventures with five selectable heroes, with more game modes, adventures, and features to be added during Early Access, which is expected to last around a year.

Demeo combines tabletop RPG and card-based gameplay, with up to four players joining together to tackle an adventure. Each adventure tasks the party with venturing through a three-floor dungeon to defeat the boss at the end. Line of sight is a major mechanic, with players not knowing what enemies await them until they turn corners or open doors.
