Square Enix has released mobile title Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – A Hero’s Bonds worldwide. The game is available as a free-to-play title with in-app purchases on iOS and Android. A new launch trailer can be viewed below.

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – A Hero’s Bonds is based on the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai spin-off manga series that ran in Japan between 1989 and 1996 and received animated adaptations in 1991 and 2020. The game will include the original story as well as a new adventure. It uses a real-time combat system with a three-lane battlefield and features co-op for up to three players.
