We’ve been seeing many worldwide simultaneous releases of Japanese RPGs and other video games for a few years now. I can understand major companies like Nintendo and Square Enix being able to pull off this feat, but will this become standard through the industry? How much do you know about the logistics of releasing, say, a Pokemon game at the same time worldwide?
Oh a note more related to this episode, I give Richard Epcar as Batou from the Ghost in the Shell franchise as another very long time actor voicing one character over the decades. While Richard hasn’t voiced Batou in every GitS anime series and movie, he has done most of them since 1996.
What games did you bounce off or struggle heavily with as a child that you came to appreciate and gone back to beat as you grew older?
Since I’m not sure of the status of The Hunt, what blunt weapon would you recommend for a Switch Axe main?
