BioWare Discusses Ongoing Dragon Age Development

During the Gamescom Opening Night Live show, BioWare released a new behind-the-scenes video for its in-development Dragon Age game. The video features a number of developers talking about the creation of the game and includes some concept art and hints for a few of its characters. The game has not been officially unveiled and does not yet have a title, release window, or platforms.

Dragon Age is a fantasy RPG series, set primarily on the continent of Thedas. The series began with Dragon Age: Origins, which was released for PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in 2009. Dragon Age II was released for the same platforms in 2011, with Dragon Age: Inquisition released for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One in 2014. The three games each feature different player-created protagonists, but player decisions from previous games can be transferred and have potentially significant impacts on the state of the world.
