Koei Tecmo Prepares for Nioh 2 Launch with Trailer

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have released a launch trailer for their upcoming action RPG Nioh 2. The trailer shows new and old faces battling against many different foes, and should have fans prepared for the game’s March 13, 2020, release on PlayStation 4.

Nioh 2 follows a demon hunter whom the player creates and is set in the late 1500s, before the events of the first game. The player-created character is also a half-demon, which allows him to absorb the souls of defeated enemies which can be used to unleash powerful and dramatic attacks. There will also be a feature that allows players to summon other players’ avatars to assist them during their adventures, as well as a three-player co-op mode.
