Castlevania: Symphony of the Night Available on Smartphones

Konami has released Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for iOS and Android devices, priced at $2.99. The releases are direct, controller-compatible ports and include a new continue feature and achievements, as well as English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, and Spanish language support.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is a 2D side-scrolling RPG that has players assume the role of the latest Belmont to tackle Count Dracula’s castle, Richter, before eventually controlling Dracula’s own son Alucard during the second portion of the game. The game originally released on PlayStation back in 1997 and has also been released on Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable, and PlayStation 4.
