Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remaster Delayed to Summer

Square Enix announced that it has pushed back the release of the Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition. Previously planned for release on January 23, 2020, the game will now be released sometime in the summer of 2020 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition is a remaster of the original Nintendo GameCube title released in 2004. The co-op action RPG sees players controlling a group of adventures searching for myrrh, a fuel for crystals that protect the world’s settlements from a poisonous miasma. The party carries along a chalice that forms a limited protective bubble against the miasma. The remaster will include cross-play and cross-save across all four platforms.
