Is there any brand or rpg concept that would get you to play a tradition mmorpg?
Are you the type of gamer who is attuned to it a game is buggy? If so does it bother you, and to what degree is it tolerable. Some game examples..
Jrpgs tended to have a better reputation of being buggy, what all factors do you think play into this? Cultural or console vs pc

Do you believe the DS RPG Nostalgia is the closest thing we will ever see to a Skies of Arcadia ‘sequel’?
That game should’ve been called Narcostalgia. There was nothing specifically wrong with it, it was so… bleh. I mean it was a Kemco game before we had the term Kemco game.
I thought Nostalgia was pretty mediocre. I didn’t regret playing it, but I’m not sure it deserves to be considered a spiritual sequel to Skies of Arcadia, a game that so many people remember fondly.
Nostalgia may not share the depth of Skies of Arcadia, but I would never dream of comparing it to run of the mill Kemco titles. The combat and exploration in Nostalgia were both enjoyable and the characters kept my interest throughout.
Skies of Arcadia stands among my all time favorites. While I did not mean to draw a direct comparison with Nostalgia, the absence of a direct sequel begs the question whether Nostalgia is the closest we will get.
Dragon Quest VII is infamously slow to get going and show all it has to offer (or even a fight). Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is still introducing new battle mechanics in the final act, after what could easily be over 100 hours of gameplay (it was for me, anyway). What do you think of this slow unveiling of game mechanics? Any other particularly egregious examples?
Simpler one: weirdest box art for an RPG?
Does the switch port of dragon quest 11 and Witcher 3 give way to the idea that persona 5 should be possible on the system? Or do you think that is a matter of game engine since dq11 is on unreal
Can I answer this? It’s easy to forget that Persona 5 was also released on the PS3! Surely the Switch could handle some form of the game.
Musou games are notoriously demanding, so if the Switch can handle P5 Scramble then P5’s absence from the Switch can’t be solely about technical limitations.
I hear the phrases “AAA game” and “indie game” a lot, but are there other rankings? Are there A-list, B-list, and C-list games and developers? How does this label/gradation system work, or does absolutely no one care about any label other than “AAA” or “Indie”?
Putting an answer in just because 😛
Not really, “AAA” is basically saying the same thing as a “blockbuster” movie. Some sites have started using “AA” for things in the tier below but there’s no true definition behind it.
