NeocoreGames Details Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor’s 2.0 Update

Developer NeocoreGames has provided details on the upcoming 2.0 update for its action RPG Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr. The update will be available for free and is set to hit PC on May 28, 2019, before coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at a later date.

Version 2.0 will include a complete revamp of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor’s character progression system as well as some major rebalancing of the combat, which is showcased in the trailer below. The update will also up the game’s level cap to 100 from 80, add online co-op to the story campaign and the post-launch Season 1 and 2 content, expand and revamp the loot and crafting systems, and add new end-game modes. Inquisitor – Martyr is set in Warhammer 40,000’s Caligari sector, where several Inquisitors have been dispatched to deal with the forces of Chaos. The game was released for PC in June 2018, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions released in August 2018.
