Torchlight II Coming to Consoles

Developer Panic Button has announced that it is teaming up with Perfect World Entertainment to create a console version of action RPG Torchlight II. The platforms were not fully confirmed, but the console release of the game is planned for fall 2019.

The Torchlight series was created by now-defunct developer Runic Games, with Torchlight II originally released for PC, Mac, and Linux in 2012. Perfect World Entertainment announced a new title in the series, Torchlight Frontiers, which is being developed by new studio Echtra Games, led by Runic Games co-founder Max Schaefer.
