Yo-kai Watch 3 Set for December in Europe

Nintendo has announced that Level-5’s Yo-kai Watch 3 will be released in Europe on December 7, 2018. The game will be available exclusively on Nintendo 3DS, with the release date announcement accompanied by a new trailer. A North American release is still set for February 8, 2019.

Yo-kai Watch 3 was released in Japan in 2016 in two versions, Sushi and Tempura, with a third Sukiyaki version released later in the year. The game takes place in both the previous town of Springdale and new town of St. Peanutsburg and features a new heroine, Hailey-Anne, as well as a new combat system with a 3×3 grid that the player’s yo-kai can manoeuvre around. It is not yet confirmed how the relevant versions for the game will be released in the west.
