Dark Souls Network Test Dated for Switch

Bandai Namco has confirmed the time slots for the network test for the Switch version of Dark Souls Remastered. The client, which is currently available to download from the Nintendo eShop, will be active in North America each day between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. PDT from September 21 to September 23, 2018. In Europe, the test will run through the same dates but at 7 p.m. CEST through 11 p.m. CEST.

During the network test, the Undead Parish will be available with full multiplayer support. A subscription to the recently launched Nintendo Switch Online will be required to participate in the network test and save data from the test will not carry over to the final game, which releases on the platform on October 19, 2018.
