Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (August 2, 2018)

Welcome to RPGamer’s weekly digital round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with updates on recent releases and sales for RPGs across the digital marketplace.

 

New Releases

A fairly busy week for releases sees Chasm finally released on PC and console, with Noahmund also releasing after a brief delay from its previous July date. Plenty of ports also release, with Code of Princess, Salt and Sanctuary, and Titan Quest hitting Switch, Yakuza Zero hitting PC, One More Dungeon hitting Xbox One, and Vaporum hitting Mac.

 

Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store starts some new PS Plus Double Discounts on titles including Dragon Quest Heroes II, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Dragon Sinker, Earthlock, Elminage Original, Lost Sphear, Pillars of Eternity, Tokyo Xanadu eX+, and Yonder. There are also some regular deals for Faery: Legends of Avalon, The Count Lucanor, Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity, and Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls. Meanwhile, PlayStation Europe’s Summer Sale continues, with discounts available on Atelier Sophie, Darksiders, Dark Souls, Digimon Story, ELEX, Fallout 4, God Eater 2, .hack//G.U., Horizon Zero Dawn, Little Witch Academia, Ni no Kuni II, South Park: The Fractured but Whole, Tales of Berseria, Vampyr, and more.

The Xbox Store currently has deals for Die for Valhalla, Fallout 4, Masters of Anima, Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom, The Elder Scrolls Online, and Skyrim.

The Nintendo eShop in America‘s deals include Nine Parchments, One More Dungeon, Quest of Dungeons, and Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. European sales are TBC.

Steam‘s sales include Moonlighter, Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor, South Park, Neverwinter Nights, Wizardry, All Walls Must Fall, and Moon Hunters. GOG.com has deals for Vikings: Wolves of Midgard and Rezrog. Meanwhile, The Humble Store includes offers on Lords of the Fallen, South Park, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Torchlight, Undertale, Darkest Dungeon, For the King, and Grim Dawn.
