Digital Store Weekly Round-Up (August 16, 2018)

This week features a good number of releases for mid-August. World of Warcraft fans are now sinking their teeth into its Battle for Azeroth expansion. Meanwhile, Phantom Doctrine and Death’s Gambit both hit PC and PS4, while Xbox One RPGamers can check out Fall of Light. Sword Legacy: Omen and the first part of The Bard’s Tale Trilogy‘s remaster arrive on PC, and Cosmic Star Heroine and Next Up Hero are now out on Switch.


Sales and Discounts

The North American PlayStation Store features sales on Assassin’s Creed Origins, Dragon Age II, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Mars: War Logs, Mass Effect: Andromeda, Next Up Hero, Nine Parchments, Shiness, South Park, The Count Lucanor, Tom Clancy’s The Division, Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity, and Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls.

Meanwhile, PlayStation Europe’s Summer Sale continues, providing deals on many titles such as Monster Hunter: World, Yakuza 6, Akiba’s Beat, Conception II, Criminal Girls, Dragon Age, Lost Dimension, Ray Gigant, Sword Art Online, Tales of Zestiria, Trails of Cold Steel, Digimon Story, ELEX, Fallout 4, God Eater 2, .hack//G.U., Horizon Zero Dawn, Little Witch Academia, Ni no Kuni II, South Park: The Fractured but Whole, Tales of Berseria, Vampyr, and more.

The Xbox Store currently has deals for Anima: Gate of Memories, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Mordheim: City of the Damned, Numantia, The Dwarves, and Zenith, plus various pieces of expansion content for multiple titles.

The Nintendo eShop in America‘s has deals for AeternoBlade, Bit Dungeon+, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Darkest Dungeon, Die for Valhalla!, Etrian Odyssey V, Heroes of the Monkey Tavern, Joe Dever’s Lone Wolf, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, and Wizard of Legend. The European eShop continues its summer sales on both Switch and 3DS.

Steam‘s sales include The Elder Scrolls Online, Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition, Lords of Xulima, Lords of the Fallen, The Count Lucanor, and Avadon 3. has deals for ELEX, SpellForce III, Undertale, and UnderRail. Meanwhile, The Humble Store includes offers on Legends of Eisenwald, The Long Journey Home, Skyrim VR, and Fallout 4 VR.
