Dauntless Open Beta Begins This Week

Phoenix Labs announced that the open beta version of its free-to-play co-op action RPG Dauntless will be available tomorrow, May 24, 2018. Those interested in trying out the beta can sign up on the game’s official website. The developer also released the game’s opening cinematic video, which can be viewed below.

Dauntless sees players controlling Slayers, warriors sent out to fight against beasts known as Behemoths. After defeating Behemoth, players bring back loot and ingredients to the city of Ramsgate to use in crafting new weapons and armour, letting them take on stronger Behemoths. The game features both a main campaign and additional content the developer dubs the “Evergame”. Dauntless is being developed for PC.
