Viractal Coming to Switch, Switch 2 at End of September

Developer Sting announced that it will be releasing board game-style RPG Viractal: Will You Trust Your Party? on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The Switch and Switch 2 versions of the game, which released for PC via Steam in February, will be available digitally in the west on September 30, 2026, or October 1, 2026, in Japan. They will support English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean language options. The Switch version will be priced at $19.99 while the Switch 2 version will cost $24.99, with a $4.99 upgrade pack also available.

Viractal sees players controlling heroes journeying through the miniature world of Viractalia. Players build up their own deck of cards to use in the game’s turn-based combat. Players roll dice to determine their movement, with unneeded movement points able to be saved up for future use in events and combat. During events, players can make decisions that may lead to gaining powerful abilities or changing the course of the adventure.
