The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales Receives Making of Video

Square Enix released a “making of” behind-the-scenes video for The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales ahead of the HD-2D action RPG’s release this month. The thirteen-minute video features Producer Naofumi Matsushita, Director Shota Fukebaru, and Creative Studio 4 Studio Head Tomoya Asano, who discuss various elements of the game and its development.

The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales is set on the continent of Philabieldia. The continent is overrun by beast tribes, with the Kingdom of Huther, under its magic barrier, being humanity’s last bastion. The game stars adventurer Elliot and his fairy companion Faie, who seek to lift a curse placed on Princess Heuria of Huther. To do so, they travel to different ages using the Doorway of Time, recently rediscovered within ancient ruins. The game will release for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 18, 2026, with a demo currently available.
