Wicked Seed Gets January Date

Solo developer Dead Right Games announced that modern-day horror RPG Wicked Seed will release on January 23, 2026. The game, inspired by titles such as Parasite Eve and Resident Evil, is planned to release on PC via Steam, where a recently-updated demo is currently available.

Wicked Seed sees players controlling Ella as they look to uncover the mystery of her past and the appearance of supernatural monsters. Players explore various locations while killing monsters and solving puzzles. The game combines real-time for actions like dodging and parrying with turn-based attacks. It will include various challenges that unlock new accessories, equipment parts, and costumes, as well as a built-in randomiser and a New Game Plus mode.
