Dungeons & Kingdoms Shows Gameplay

Publisher Camlann Games and developer Uncle Grouch Gaming released a new trailer for their upcoming title Dungeons & Kingdoms, which combines action RPG, kingdom builder, and management sim elements. The one-minute video shows character customisation, town building, combat, dungeon exploration, and puzzle solving. In addition, the company announced a demo of the game will be available during the next Steam Next Fest running from October 13-20, 2025.

Dungeons & Kingdoms takes place in a medieval setting and follows the leader of a small group of refugees fleeing from their homeland. The player is tasked with building and managing a new town for the refugees. In addition to tasking townspeople, players can gather resources, farm crops, and hunt wild animals. They can also craft tools and customise buildings with over five hundred pieces. Exploring dungeons and defeating their bosses yield rewards, unlock new resources, and advance the player’s tech. Dungeons & Kingdoms is expected to release on Steam Early Access later this year.

Fascinated by the screens since I saw them, video games are a sorcery I quickly became obsessed with. This passion culminated with the discovery of the RPGs. At that time, they were likely the sole titles where story and world building mattered as much as gameplay. Now, I am writing about them, especially my favorite ones: the JRPGs!
