Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian Gets Story Trailer, Pre-orders Open

Koei Tecmo released a new story trailer, as well as screenshots, for Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian. Set in the same world as free-to-play mobile and PC title Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy & the Polar Night Liberator, the game follows dual protagonists Rias Eidreise and Slade Clauslyter as they explore mysterious ruins near their ruined hometown of Hallfein. The Geist Core carried by Slade opens up an alchemist’s atelier as well as gateways to new dimensions that the duo explore to learn the secrets of Hallfein.

In addition to their exploration, Rias and Slade also help to restore the town of Hallfein as part of the game’s story loop and progression. They can invest the money earned by completing requests and selling items at Rias’ shop in the town’s five districts. As the districts increase in rank, they unlock new shops, new products, gathering bonuses, new quests, and new visitors, including characters from other Atelier titles.

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian is the latest title in the long-running series. Developed by Gust and Team NINJA, the game will release worldwide on September 26, 2025. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with Japan also receiving a PlayStation 4 version, with digital pre-orders available now.
