13Z: The Zodiac Trials Demo Available

Developer Mixed Realms released a demo for its upcoming hack-and-slash roguelike 13Z: The Zodiac Trials. The demo is available on Steam and lets players play as two of the four playable characters: Lyra the Fox and Sylith the Raven. In addition, the company released a new trailer that showcases gameplay.

13Z: The Zodiac Trials sees aspiring animal spirits battling against demons and existing Zodiac Guardians to become the 13th Zodiac. Players can customise their play style with eight swappable combat styles to unlock, each with dedicated branching updates and martial arts-inspired movesets. They can also hone their build with a six-element seal system to blend physical technique with mystical power. The game features single-player adventure as well as two-to-four-player co-op trials. Successive runs unlock permanent upgrades and pieces of the game’s lore.
