Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree Physical Release Announced

Knights Peak and Primal Game Studio announced that dark fantasy side-scrolling RPG Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree will get getting a physical release. The game — which launched digitally for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch last month — will receive both a standard edition and a Collector’s Edition, which includes an art book, a soundtrack CD, and a double-sided poster. Both editions are available to pre-order now from selected retailers for all platforms and will release on September 5, 2025.

In other news for the game, its version 1.4 update is available now. The update includes various gameplay balance improvements, system stability enhancements, and bug fixes, as well as adding two new pet followers: the Kernel Buzz and the Unexpected Bug. Further updates are planned that will include more adjustments and balancing, enhanced difficulty settings, a New Game+ mode, new enemies, a new class, and more. Finally, the companies released a new accolades trailer highlighting some of the praise the game has received.

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is set in the world of Faelduum, which is in decline as the boundary between it and another realm called Entropy fades, unleashing monsters into the world. Players attempt to take their world back from the monsters, using the legendary Witch Lantern to explore Entropic Corridors, parts of the world already claimed by Entropy.
