Rockbeasts Takes the Stage This Year
Publisher Team17 and developer Lichthund have announced Rockbeasts. Billed as a “story-driven, role-playing management game”, the game puts players in the role a manager for an up-and-coming rock band in a mid-1990s United States populated by anthropomorphic animals. It is planned to release for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch later this year.
As manager players will need to pick concert venues as well as manage the band’s schedules to get them ready to perform. The game will feature over 100 characters and 90 locations that will be impacted by player choices. The game is written by Jakub Szamałek (senior writer for The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and The Blood of Dawnwalker).
