Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Trailer Highlights Post-Launch Content

Plaion and Warhorse Studios released a new trailer for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II ahead of the game’s launch in a couple of weeks. The new video highlights the game’s post-launch roadmap, which include free updates and story expansions. The free update are planned for this spring and include a barber feature, a Hardcore Mode, and horse racing. These will be following by three expansions, available together through the game’s Season Pass:

  • Brushes with Death (releasing in summer) — Henry aids an artist with a shadowy past, journey across the lands of the game with dangerous encounter while uncovering certain schemes.
  • Legacy of the Forge (releasing in fall) — Players explore the legacy of Henry’s adoptive father Martin, looking to restore a forge and become a master of blacksmithing.
  • Mysteria Ecclesia (releasing in winter) – Henry enters the Sedlec Monastery on a covert mission, investigating secrets and conflicting interests.

A sequel to 2018’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II picks up directly after the events of the first game, continuing the story of blacksmith’s son Henry. It will include two new open-world maps double the size of the previous game, taking players to historic locations such as Trosky Castle and the mining town of Kuttenberg. The game will release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 4, 2025.
