Rogue Waters Heading to Console in February

Publisher Tripwire Interactive and developer Ice Code Games announced a console release for tactical roguelite Rogue Waters. The game, which released for PC earlier this month, will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on February 4, 2025.

Rogue Waters takes place in a pirate world overtaken by a terrible curse. It puts players in the role of a pirate captain, letting them recruit and lead their own crew of rogues to grow into fierce pirates. The game features strategic shipdeck combat as well as naval battles, with players able to summon mythical creatures (such as the Kraken) they previously befriended. Each new recruit comes with a randomized skill tree and the game’s world shifts procedurally with each run.
