Farmagia Pre-Orders Open, Character Trailer Released

Marvelous announced that physical and digital pre-orders have begun for farming sim/action RPG Farmagia. Digital pre-orders are available on Nintendo Switch in a $49.99 standard edition and a $59.99 Digital Deluxe Edition that includes a digital artbook, a digital soundtrack, and the “Buddy Booster Pack” DLC. Meanwhile, physical pre-orders are available for the $59.99 Day One Edition for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 through the Marvelous USA Store and selected retailers. The Day One Edition includes a physical copy of Farmagia, a 23-track soundtrack CD, and a 90-page art book. Digital purchases for PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 5 will be available at a later date.

In addition to opening pre-orders, Marvelous released a new character trailer for the game, which features character and monster designs from illustrator Hiro Mashima, known for his work on Fairy Tail and Edens Zero. The game is set in the world of Felicidad, where farmers known as Farmagia raise and command monsters while under the watch of the Magus Diluculum. After the death of the Magus, opportunists begin to use monsters to seize power for themselves, with the resulting conflict seeing protagonist Ten joining the battle against a despotic new ruler.

Players control Ten as he journeys across Felicidad using the monsters he raises on his ranch, harvesting new monsters and training them to increase their strength and gain new abilities. Players can also befriend Elemental Spirits living throughout the world, increasing Ten’s relationship bonds to unlock new monsters and transformations. Farmagia is set to release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on November 1, 2024.
