Wildkeepers Rising Announced

Lioncode Games announced its upcoming action RPG Wildkeepers Rising. The title is a roguelite combining bullet-heaven gameplay and creature collecting, with its art style billed as inspired by the work of Akira Toriyama, Hayao Miyazaki, and Jim Henson. It will release on Steam Early Acess at an unannounced date, with wishlisting currently available.

Players will take on the role of one of the eponymous Wildkeepers, individuals who can harness the power of creatures known as Guardians. They will fight hordes of enemies, with their Guardians assisting them in battle. Players can discover, tame, and train various Guardians, whose synergy with each other varies.
