New SpellForce: Conquest of Eo Expansion Announced

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Owned by Gravitiy revealed a new expansion for turn-based strategy RPG SpellForce: Conquest of Eo. Titled Weaver’s Realms, the expansion will be available for $14.99/€14.99 on September 30, 2024, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Weaver’s Realms comes with a new hero, new units, skills, items, quests, and more. It adds the school of dreamweaving, whose teachings are said to allow players’ followers to do things deemed impossible as long as they believe it. The expansion features three new scenarios, each with a unique rule set and mechanics. It also introduces randomly generated campaign maps that can be customized in many ways, including their shape and rules.

SpellForce: Conquest of Eo puts players in the role of a wizard tasked with expanding their empire. Players will need to strategize where and when to send their armies to gather items and battle with other magical factions for dominance. The game originally released for PC in February 2023, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions released in November 2023.
