Neverness to Everness Gets New Trailer

Hotta Studio released a new trailer for its free-to-play RPG Neverness to Everness. The video introduces some of the game’s characters and shows exploration — including using vehicles — and combat in its urban setting of the city of Hethereau. The game is planned to release on PC, mobile, and unspecified consoles. A release window has not been announced, but pre-registrations are available through its official website.

Neverness to Everness is set in a world where humanity exists alongside supernatural anomalies. Player use characters’ powerful Esper abilities to navigate and tackle unexpected anomalies. The game’s combat utilises a system called the Esper Cycle. Players use skills and combos to attack enemies and infusing them with that character’s specific attributes. When two adjacent attributes combine, it causes a synergy that unlocks new options.

In addition to exploration and combat, players can also modify sports cars, manage businesses, and more. The game includes a day-night cycle with dynamic weather that can impact vehicle handling, with players also able to traverse the city using their character’s Esper abilities.
