The Thaumaturge Physical Release Announced

Publishers 11 bit studios and Maximum Entertainment announced that they are partnering to release a physical version of Fool’s Theory’s dark fantasy RPG The Thaumaturge. This physical release will launch for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in Q4 2024. A Standard Edition and a Signature Edition are both available to pre-order from Signature Edition Games. The Signature Edition will include:

  • Box featuring an outer sleeve with alternative artwork
  • Themed playing cards
  • Set of pins with designs based on the game’s lore
  • Postcards featuring unique artwork from in-game locations
  • Notes from the Grimoire guidebook to the game world
  • Original soundtrack digital download code
  • Poster

The Thaumaturge is set in an alternate version of 1905 Warsaw, following its recent annexation by the Russian Empire. Its setting features supernatural beings called Salutors that exist in the cracks of the real world. These Salutors can only be fully perceived by Thaumaturges, people who use their unique abilities and see deep into the psyches of humans. The Thaumaturge is currently available on PC (via Steam, GOG.com, and Epic Games Store), with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions set to release later this year.
