Action RPG Tribe Nine Unveiled
Akatsuki Games and too Kyo Games have announced “extreme” action RPG Tribe Nine. The game will be a free-to-play title for PC, iOS, and Android and will support English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options. It is currently available to wishlist on Steam, while applications for a forthcoming closed beta test are open on the game’s official website.
Tribe Nine features a world created by some of the minds behind Danganronpa, and mixes 2D and 3D graphics. It is set in the year 20XX in futuristic Neo Tokyo, which is ruled by deadly games. Players control a group of teens as they engage in battles to try and liberate the city. The party consists of three members, with each playable character having unique characteristics that determine their skills and combat actions. As players wander the city, they will receive new tasks involving acquiring items, completing puzzles and mini-games, and fulfilling resident requests.
